About the Placement Department The Placement Department is Bostadsförmedlingen's largest department with approximately 50 case handlers. Our focus is to provide housing seekers and property owners with the best possible service. We guide housing seekers through the entire placement process and maintain contact with the property owners we collaborate with. About the Role As a housing placement case handler, you process cases according to the current placement process and ensure that all parts are carried out according to applicable rules and guidelines. The work sometimes has a fast pace and you work with multiple cases in parallel in several different business systems. Your main work tools are a computer and telephone. The role includes, among other things, creating and publishing housing advertisements, reviewing documents to verify that the housing seeker meets the conditions applicable to the vacant apartment, and staying continuously updated on the case processing. The role involves many different contacts and you guide our customers through the search process and provide correct information about rules and guidelines in a service-oriented manner. Your assignment begins with thorough introductory training with individual support. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education current experience handling multiple cases in parallel at a fast pace experience working independently based on set goals and guidelines experience communicating rules and guidelines via telephone and email good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to easily learn new systems. It is an advantage if you have experience from the real estate industry or the service industry. To thrive with us, you have a genuine service sense and good communication skills. You work in a structured and thorough manner based on routines and governing documents and easily absorb new information and adapt your working methods accordingly. You are comfortable handling conversations with people who may also be in vulnerable and difficult situations.
