Residential Support Worker Temporary Full-time Position

We are now seeking a residential support worker for a temporary position at 100% with start date 1/11-2026 This position is a temporary assignment for the period: 1/11 - 31/12 with good potential for extension Sympati AB provides high-quality residential support services to over 950 people in Stockholm City, Solna City and Lidingö. In addition to education focused on social work or care and welfare, we would like you to have the ability to work independently, be empathetic and communicative, and have a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. We also prefer that you have experience working in psychiatry or within the LSS (Swedish disability support system). Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable. You will visit clients at different addresses within the City-Northwest unit and provide support in their home environments.
