We work in a home-like environment based on an anthroposophic view of humanity. In our residences, we work based on the residents' own abilities, circumstances, and wishes. Our goal is to use positive reinforcement and a low-arousal approach to enable residents to participate in society according to their conditions. About the Position Working hours are scheduled around the clock, including on-call duty, weekdays, and weekends. Employment type: hourly position, fixed-term, temporary/substitute work, and permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probationary period). Collective agreement applies. Salary by agreement. We're Looking for Someone Who Can work flexibly and with short notice. Has the ability to inspire and motivate. Has an easy time building relationships and establishing trust. Is attentive, flexible, creative, and fearless. Is organized and solution-oriented. Works well in collaboration with others. Desirable Qualifications Trained nursing assistant, special education assistant, or other relevant education we deem applicable. Experience from disability services. Experience with low-arousal approaches, clarifying pedagogy, and structured work with aggressive and self-injurious behavior. Experience and knowledge using alternative and augmentative communication, particularly picture-based and sign-supported communication. Documentation experience. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Requirements Upper secondary school education Must be 18 years or older B-category driving license Basic computer skills Extract from the criminal records register/suspicion register We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
