Digital residential support has been an established part of LSS services since spring 2026, and now we are seeking an additional engaged team member who wants to be part of our team.
We actively work to develop and find new ways of working where digital opportunities are combined with personal support and human presence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a residential support worker within LSS, you support individuals with functional variations in their daily lives through both digital tools and in-person meetings. You may meet individuals with varying needs and circumstances.
As a residential support worker, you have an important role in strengthening the individual's own abilities, promoting independence, and creating conditions for increased participation in daily life and social contexts. You provide practical, educational, and social support based on the individual's needs and circumstances.
Your job responsibilities include, among other things:
• Work to promote the individual's independence and participation.
• Work motivationally and provide support in creating structure and routines based on the individual's needs.
• Collaborate with and assist the individual in contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support in planning and structuring daily and weekly activities.
• Provide compensatory practical support
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who has:
• A degree in education or behavioral science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
• Experience working with this target group within LSS.
• Knowledge of low-arousal interaction and clarifying pedagogy.
• Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• A solution-focused and flexible approach.
• Good computer skills and interest in using digital tools in your work.
• Class B driver's license.
