What does the job as a residential support worker at Frösunda entail?
As a residential support worker, you work at one of our residences to support, motivate, and stimulate individuals' own ability to perform activities in daily life. You work to provide each client with individually tailored support that helps them create structure, routines, and planning in their everyday life.
Residential support is provided to people with various types of functional variations, which is why the individuals' skills, needs, and development guide our services. The goal is to create conditions for an active and meaningful life in a safe and comfortable environment.
The work tasks for a residential support worker include documentation, development of implementation plans, and case management.
Examples of work tasks:
Daily chores such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, making beds
Documentation and reporting
Outings, walks, exercise, and activities
Personal care such as hygiene, showering, toilet assistance, support, and social presence
Support and motivate the client for increased independence in their daily life
Working hours are arranged according to clients' needs and vary between day, evening, weekdays, and weekends.
About Cervin's
Cervin's group home is located in Bromsten, Spånga, and serves adults with acquired brain injuries. The residence consists of six modern apartments and pleasant common areas where residents can socialize and participate in activities based on their own preferences.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. We also value that you are able to collaborate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive when needed.
We would like you to be a nursing assistant, childcare worker, or have another equivalent education.
It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working with LSS and have care experience.
Good command of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
We would like you to have good physical ability.
Other information
Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period of six months.
Scope: 80–100%. Multiple positions are available.
Start date: By agreement, preferably from September 2026.
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are held on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
Prior to potential employment, you must be able to provide an extract from the criminal record register. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by providing proof of EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
