WORK DUTIES Are you a person who wants to support people in finding their own resources and grow on their own terms, with the goal of living a life of self-reliance? Do you have patience, security and a genuine interest in supporting people with serious mental health disabilities in their daily lives? Then you are the one we are looking for! As a residential support worker at our special housing facilities, you work with people with severe mental health disabilities and comorbidities. Your main tasks take place at the residence and may include: • Independently plan, structure and document interventions • Provide pedagogical and psychosocial support • Help break isolation and strengthen the individual's functions and abilities and stimulate and motivate for an active and meaningful leisure time. • Participate in regular meetings and internal supervision with colleagues and manager at the residence. • Collaborate with authorities, healthcare and other actors. You are secure and take responsibility, while at the same time encouraging individuals to take responsibility for their own situation. We see that you have experience and a strong interest in working with people who have serious mental health disabilities and comorbidities. You are good at building trustful relationships, show care and understanding, but can also set clear boundaries when needed. Requirements for the position are: • A relevant post-secondary education, such as treatment assistant, social pedagogue or other equivalent education. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Good computer skills and experience with documentation. Merits: • Experience working with harmful use, addiction, psychiatry or social support. • Experience and knowledge of comorbidity. • Knowledge of CBT, MI and/or low-arousal interaction. • Experience with similar work tasks, as the position involves a lot of independent work. • Knowledge of the Signs of Safety method or solution-focused conversation methodology. • A driver's license can be very practical in the position and is therefore a merit.
