We are now seeking a new star for the night shift at our residential facility located in Munksund. It is an LSS residential home with six younger residents with various functional variations.
Duties
You provide practical support and guide the residents to create participation in their daily lives. The goal is to support and enable a good living situation based on the individual's needs and resources. The work involves planning, documenting, and following up on interventions together with the resident and your colleagues. You participate in workplace meetings and method meetings and are responsible for establishing and working according to the residents' implementation plans. We work with various methods such as structured pedagogy and low-affect management.
Qualifications
You have completed upper secondary education, such as a Health and Care Program or Children and Recreation Program or another pedagogical education that the employer considers equivalent. It is advantageous if you have knowledge in documentation, experience working with this target group, and if you have experience with structured pedagogy and low-affect management (LAB). Work with people who have various disabilities requires good competence based on personal suitability, collaboration, maturity, flexibility, and work experience.
