Eterni's client Windy Boats in Västervik is looking for a boat builder. As a hired boat builder at Windy, you will work in Västervik and be part of a team of skilled and competent boat builders. Windy, a well-known brand in the boat industry, develops and manufactures exclusive boats, and as the boats get bigger and more technically advanced, you'll continually have the chance to grow and learn new things. The boat models they build range from 26 to 77 feet.
JOB TASKS
The work mainly involves assembling, installing, connecting, and commissioning all equipment on a boat. It also includes various other tasks, such as installing plumbing, engines, steering systems, and hydraulic equipment. We would like you to have experience working in boat building. You need to be able to handle power tools and work on installations in boats with high quality. Formal requirements:
• Several years of experience in the industry and working professionally with details and millimeter precision.
• Very good knowledge of, and experience with, installations on a boat
• You should understand and be able to communicate technical issues as well as interpret drawings

ABOUT THE POSITION
The job as a boat builder is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Eterni and work as a consultant for Windy. After six months, there is a very high possibility of being employed directly by Windy, provided there is interest in relocating to Västervik. For foreign boat builders, there is housing available in Västervik. Similarly, housing may be available for those living elsewhere in Sweden with several years of experience as a boat builder.
The opportunity to work 2-shift is required.
