About the Assignment
Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, Burlövs Municipality to support their municipal primary schools, gymnasium, and Komvux with committed substitutes.
Your Work Tasks
As a teacher substitute or leisure time pedagogue, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, usually of an acute nature and shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. As a substitute, your work tasks may include:
Working in leisure centers and/or school based on the activities' current needs.
Planning and conducting pedagogical activities and instruction based on your competence.
Creating a safe and positive environment for children and students.
Supporting students in their learning and social development.
Collaborating with teachers, leisure time pedagogues, and other staff.
Following the activities' routines, governance documents, and applicable laws and regulations.
Your Qualifications
Regardless of whether you are certified or uncertified, you need to:
Have good collaboration skills and function well in a work group.
Have the ability to meet children and students with different needs and conditions.
Have good Swedish in speech and writing and be able to communicate clearly with students, colleagues, and guardians.
Have good digital competence and be able to use digital tools in pedagogical work.
Be responsible, flexible, and confident when meeting children and students.
Know and follow the laws, regulations, governance documents, and other requirements relevant to the work.
Have a professional and respectful approach.
For certified positions, a relevant degree from a leisure time pedagogue or teacher education program is required.
For uncertified positions, pedagogical education, relevant subject knowledge, and/or documented experience working in schools is meritorious and may be a requirement depending on the assignment's content.
