JOB DUTIES Work at a residential care facility, Bjärkegården: As a care assistant or nursing assistant at Bjärkegården, you work closely with residents throughout your shift. You provide support through care interventions and, when delegated, health and medical care interventions. The work also includes planning and implementing activities based on each individual's needs, wishes, and circumstances. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and pleasant environment where the individual is at the center. The role also includes routine tasks such as service activities and other tasks that occur within the operation. Work within home care, Bjärke hemtjänst As a care assistant or nursing assistant in home care in Bjärke, you work to provide support and care to people, primarily over 65 years old, who live in their own homes. The services are based on each individual's needs and aim to create security, well-being, and enable a dignified life for as long as possible. Work in home care is varied and diverse. You meet different people, work in different home environments, and perform tasks adapted to the user's individual needs. The workday involves both independent work and responsibility, where you plan and carry out many tasks on your own. The role includes care interventions as well as, after delegation, health and medical care interventions. You also perform service activities and other tasks that occur within the operation. Bjärke hemtjänst operates from newly built facilities in central Sollebrunn and works within a geographic area that includes Gräfsnäs, Långared, Magra, Mellby, and Sollebrunn. The operation is characterized by a salutogenic perspective and working method, where the elderly person is always the focus and care is adapted based on the individual's resources and needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you: • Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title (1,500 secondary school credits or secondary school diploma), or a trained care assistant (800 secondary school credits). Desirable qualifications: • Experience from elderly care or other equivalent experience • Driver's license category B We highly value good collaboration and are looking for someone who has good conduct, is calm and confident in yourself, and communicates well in speech and writing in Swedish.
