Are you thorough, responsible, and comfortable working hands-on in a production environment? We're now looking for a mixer for our client in Tingsryd. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop within industrial production and become an important part of an engaged team.
About the position
As a mixer, you'll work with preparing and blending raw materials according to recipes, instructions, and established quality standards. You're responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly and that the material maintains the correct quality for the next step in manufacturing.
Your tasks include:
Weighing and dosing raw materials according to recipes and production orders
Blending and handling materials in production equipment
Monitoring blending processes and machines
Quality control, consistency, and quantity checks
Documentation of production, deviations, and quality controls
Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work equipment
Collaboration with colleagues in production, quality, and warehouse
Compliance with safety procedures, hygiene requirements, and work instructions
The work can be physically demanding and involves heavy lifting.
Work hours are 2-shift.
About you
Formal qualifications
We're looking for someone with experience in industry, production, or process work. You're accustomed to following instructions and working carefully according to established procedures. To succeed in this role, you need good physical fitness, quality awareness, and the ability to take responsibility for your tasks.
You have:
Experience working in industry or production
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures
Good understanding of quality and careful documentation
Good physical fitness as heavy lifting and physical work occur
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
