We are expanding in Mariestad and are looking for you to work part-time dealing blackjack at bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. This role is perfect if you thrive in social environments, enjoy meeting people, and feel confident with responsibility and clear rules.
As a dealer, you are our face to our partner establishments. You create atmosphere, trust, and gaming excitement for guests, while ensuring the game is conducted correctly and professionally.
About the Role
Working as a dealer with us means you:
take responsibility for the blackjack table and game operations
meet guests in a professional, clear, and service-oriented manner
create a positive and safe atmosphere even in high-paced environments
work independently while representing a strong and established brand
Work is scheduled for evenings and nights, primarily Fridays and Saturdays. Additional shifts on weekdays are available, especially during summer.

Previous experience is not required. We provide internal dealer training; what matters is your personality, attitude, and willingness to do a great job.
What Do We Offer?
Free dealer training
A flexible side job that works well alongside studies or other employment
At least four weekend evenings per month (approximately 20 hours), with opportunity for additional shifts
The ability to take the job with you if you relocate
Salary according to collective agreement via Visita
Compensation:
Starting salary from 156 kr/hour, depending on relevant experience
Overtimes, commissions, and vacation pay
Pension-qualifying salary
