Julia, one of our employees, tells us: What the job actually involves: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep track of the game and make sure everyone's having a good time. You set the vibe. One evening you might have a table full of girls on a hen party, the next night a company on their Christmas dinner, and then a fun group out for an afterwork. You're the face of it all – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games.
