All about your benefits Job description As an assistant nurse manager, you will have a key role in the operation. Together with the nurse manager and medically responsible physicians, you will lead, develop, and drive the work of Infection Departments 5 and 6 with a focus on quality, patient safety, and staff development. In this role, you will, among other things: Responsible for daily planning of operations and staffing. Lead, coach, and support staff in their daily work. Plan and follow up on competency development initiatives. Organize onboarding and development of new staff. Drive quality, improvement, and development work. Contribute to sustainable operations with a long-term focus on work environment and skills supply. Collaborate closely with pharmacist, training manager, nursing manager, and staffing coordinator to strengthen operational development. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed nurse. Has at least five years of experience in the profession. Has experience with leadership, quality work, and improvement work. Has the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop staff. Has good knowledge of Heroma. It is meritorious if you have experience from infectious disease care or other relevant specialist care.
