Associate Lawyer at Law Firm in Falun About the Position At Kastrup Advokatbyrå, you will become an important part of the mission to safeguard the rights of individuals in court proceedings. The state or government agencies are often, but not always, our opposing party. The law firm primarily works with criminal cases, enforcement cases, and family law. As an associate lawyer, you will support the attorney in ongoing work across all aspects of the legal practice; client meetings, legal documents, legal research, and preparation for hearings. Under supervision, you will also work on your own cases and conduct litigation in court. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a burning interest in individual rights and a genuine commitment to legal certainty. The role requires you to be an initiative-taking person who can work independently while being efficient and thorough. For litigation in court, you need stress resilience, strong problem-solving ability, a fearless approach, and very high language proficiency. You have a law degree and experience working as a lawyer.
