Psychosis Care Stockholm is a newly established operation within Stockholm County's healthcare area. Here we consolidate care for patients over 18 years old with psychotic illness in one organizational unit. We offer assessment, investigation, and treatment according to national guidelines and regional care programs. Within Psychosis Care Stockholm, we conduct development work, education, and research on psychotic illness. We work in multiprofessional teams to provide the best possible care and treatment around the patient.
Responsibilities
You work independently within your area of responsibility and closely with the unit manager and MLA. You provide important support in daily management work by contributing to creating structure, continuity, and good conditions for the operation's employees and patients. You participate in planning, coordination, and follow-up of the department's work.
You support the unit manager in daily management and operational work by:
-Managing staffing planning and scheduling
-Working in Heroma and other operational administrative systems
-Participating in the operation's resources and finances (approval role in Raindance)
-Assisting in introduction and support for new employees
-Providing support to employees in daily work
-Actively contributing to the development of Psychosis Care Stockholm and the department's continued work
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
-Relevant education in healthcare and care or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent
-Several years of experience working in psychiatric 24-hour care
-Good knowledge of Heroma
-Experience with scheduling and staffing planning
-Understanding of finances, i.e., cost monitoring, resource planning
As a person, you are innovative, flexible, stress-resilient, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and are loyal to your assignment. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
Terms
The assignment runs parallel to the unit manager's managerial assignment.
Full-time weekly position with start date by agreement.

- register checks are applied before employment decisions according to SLSO's overarching instructions for register checks upon employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to Swedish professional qualifications. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
