About the position As a Car Rental Associate, you work with receiving customers over the counter and phone, as well as handling rental, booking, and invoicing of rental cars. You are responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and a smooth experience from booking to return. The role also includes washing and delivering rental cars to other facilities, inspecting vehicles for any damage, and documenting and handling these according to applicable procedures. You work closely with other departments to contribute to high customer satisfaction and a well-functioning operation. The work tasks are varied and give you the opportunity to build a broad network both internally and externally. What we're looking for To succeed in this role, we believe you are service-oriented, thorough, and enjoy working at a fast pace with varied work tasks. You have a professional demeanor and like to create good customer experiences. We would like to see that you have: Upper secondary education Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics Experience from service, customer reception, or administrative work Good computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Category B driver's license for manual transmission Experience from the car rental industry or working in Hertz rental systems is a plus, but not required.
