Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, repair, and service of vehicles up to 3500 kg gross weight
Write detailed work orders and carefully describe the work performed
Follow procedures for complaints and warranties
Contribute to knowledge sharing and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment
Qualifications and Qualities:
Automotive mechanic certification (not required)
Experience with troubleshooting, service, and repairs
Good communication skills, both with customers and colleagues
You understand the importance of delivering the highest quality and customer service
You are thorough and quality-conscious
You have a good work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to listen, help, and contribute to a well-functioning team
Class B driver's license
