Auto Painter / Wheel Repair Specialist / Center Manager at Repair4You in Hisings Backa
Repair4You in Hisings Backa, together with our operations Repair2Care and Holmens Bilvård, is now seeking a driven and meticulous person with experience in auto painting and wheel repair, who also wants to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our center.
We work with vehicle care, painting, wheel repair, minor repairs, and reconditioning. We are now looking for someone who is both practically skilled and has the ability to take responsibility for customer contact, planning, and quality.
About the Position
As an auto painter, wheel repair specialist, and center manager, you will have an important role in the operation. You will work practically with painting work and wheel repair while ensuring that daily operations run in a professional and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities may include:
Prep work, sanding, filling, and masking
Painting of vehicles, vehicle parts, and wheels
Repair of damaged wheels
Sanding, straightening, and cosmetic restoration of wheels
Color matching and quality control
Recondition and minor vehicle care work as needed
Planning of work and prioritization of tasks
Customer contact and vehicle intake
Responsibility for organization, quality, and workflow in the center
Collaboration with other staff and suppliers
We are Looking For Someone Who
Has experience in auto painting
Has experience in wheel repair or is very practically minded and wants to develop in this area
Is meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented
Can work independently and take own initiative
Has a good sense for quality and detail
Can handle customers in a professional manner
Has the ability to lead, plan, and organize daily operations
Has a B-class driver's license
It is a merit if you previously have had responsibility for a workshop, vehicle care center, damage repair shop, or similar operation.
