At Automäklarna Syd, we are looking for a social and driven salesperson for our car showroom. We need someone who enjoys talking with people, has a natural ability to build connections, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be able to take initiative, make quick decisions, and above all, enjoy closing deals. Qualifications: At least 1 year of sales experience with customer contact. Outgoing, talkative, and enjoy meeting new people. Driven and not afraid to make your own decisions. Have a B-class driver's license. Job Responsibilities As a car salesperson, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to delivery and follow-up. You work actively with both new and existing customers, in the showroom and through digital channels. The work includes: Relationship-based sales and customer management Conduct needs analyses and present tailored solutions Ongoing follow-up on deals and customer relationships Participate in purchasing and contribute to business growth Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and showings We offer: Fixed salary + unlimited commission, and a workplace with a fast pace, short decision-making processes, and where you get to be part of developing the business.
