WORK TASKS In your role as a concrete worker for our client, you will be an important part of the production of prefabricated concrete components. The work involves producing high-quality products that are delivered to construction projects throughout much of southern Sweden. Here you will work in a stable production environment where precision and craftsmanship are in focus. As a concrete worker, you will be responsible for various tasks in the production of building elements. The work is performed in a factory environment with clear processes to ensure high quality of the finished products. Your main responsibilities include: Formwork construction and preparation of forms for casting Reinforcement and assembly of cast-in components according to technical drawings Casting and finishing of concrete surfaces Formwork removal and handling of finished building elements Ongoing maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools Quality control of completed work to meet set requirements. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience in industrial production, construction work, or concrete work. It is important that you have the ability to read and understand technical drawings and that you are comfortable using hand tools and machines in your daily work. As a person, you are responsible, punctual, and enjoy physical work. You have good teamwork skills to solve tasks efficiently with your colleagues, but can also work independently when needed. Because safety is central in our production, we value that you are thorough and follow applicable safety regulations and that you speak and write fluent Swedish. Forklifts and overhead crane certificates are required. ABOUT THE POSITION The position of Concrete Worker is a full-time consulting assignment initially for 6 months.
