Our vision is to become Sweden's best school municipality. Sollentuna's municipal schools achieve strong student results and have high safety scores thanks to fantastic colleagues. By using research and proven pedagogy, we aim for even higher quality to stimulate children's and youth's creativity and learning. In our schools, students should achieve excellent academic results and develop the competencies and abilities required for future studies and professional life.

You work with functional analyses, behavior support plans, and behavior-supportive strategies and contribute to developing a safe, accessible, and inclusive learning environment.
You mentor and support school staff on matters concerning the student's social situation, behavior, and learning, and actively contribute to the school's safety, attendance, and development efforts. Through your work, you make a concrete difference for both individual students and the school's operations as a whole.

We are looking for someone who finds it easy to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You enjoy collaborating with different professionals and actively contribute to joint student health work.
Through your pedagogical insight, you understand the school's mission and can translate analysis and knowledge into practical support in operations.
You are structured in your work approach, can prioritize and follow up on interventions systematically. At the same time, you are calm and stable even in complex situations and have the ability to maintain a composed and professional approach.
