WORK TASKS
You book and plan journeys, handle orders via phone and email, and ensure the right trip reaches the right passenger. Assignments span medical transports, specialized transportation services, local transit, and demand-responsive line services, giving you a varied work day with both responsibility and pace.

Working hours vary between morning, day, and evening shifts, Monday through Sunday, within the time interval 06:15-22:00.
This notice concerns two temporary positions of six months each.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you with a completed upper secondary education and strong Swedish language skills, both verbal and written. It is advantageous if you have prior experience in a customer-facing role such as booking agent, customer service representative, or a service-oriented profession. Since our operations are digital and involve working in various business systems, it is a requirement that you have good computer skills. It is advantageous if you have experience handling digital business systems or booking programs such as PASS. If you have telephone training with a focus on customer service and communication techniques, that would be beneficial for the position.
As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and able to remain calm even under high work pressure. You take own initiatives, collaborate well with others, and have good interpersonal skills. You understand that Skånetrafiken is a politically governed operation and work according to assignments, objectives, and directives. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
