About the Role Do you enjoy planning, finding solutions, and making things work in practice? Do you like having many points of contact and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and collaboration? Then this might be the job for you, even if you haven't worked as a Planner before. As a Planner, you will be part of developing the electrical grid of the future. You plan work, develop technical solutions, and ensure that the right conditions are in place before our technicians go out in the field. One day you have contact with landowners, customers, or authorities, and the next day you work with technical solutions, calculations, or project planning. The role suits you if you enjoy managing many tasks simultaneously and are motivated by seeing plans become reality. You will work with: Planning and designing work in the electrical grid Developing technical solutions and documentation for implementation Contacting landowners, customers, and authorities Calculations, material orders, and documentation Following up and ensuring project quality You will work with both new and existing electrical installations for customers in the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. This gives you the opportunity to follow projects through the entire process, from planning to completed solution. The work combines office work with field visits. Most assignments are completed within the local area and involve day trips. Requirements We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, building relationships, and finding solutions. You take responsibility for your work, work in a structured manner, and thrive in a role where you coordinate different stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. However, we would like to see that you already have: Experience from electrical grid, infrastructure, land, or construction projects Experience handling contact with landowners, authorities, or other stakeholders in a professional and trust-building manner Swedish is our main working language and you therefore need very good skills in both speech and writing. Sometimes you may also need to communicate in English, particularly for reading and writing Category B driver's license It is desirable if you have experience in: Planning or design within power distribution Working with overhead lines, underground cable networks, and substations EBR Contract management and construction law Cost estimation and bidding work Certification as a planner We know that competence can look different and that experience is acquired in many ways.
