About the Position
Lincona is growing and is now seeking an experienced structural engineer who wants to be part of developing our structural design projects in construction. The role is perfect for you if you have solid understanding of load-bearing structures and want to work with technical calculations, dimensioning, and structural solutions in varying building projects.
As a structural engineer at Lincona, you will work with dimensioning, load calculations, static analyses, and technical assessments of load-bearing structures in for example steel, concrete, timber, and foundations. You will be an important part of projects and contribute with safe, efficient, and well-thought-out solutions from early stages to final drawings.

Key Responsibilities
As a structural engineer with us, you will among other things work with:
Dimensioning and verification of load-bearing structures
Load calculations and structural analyses
Development and review of technical solutions
Calculations within steel, concrete, timber, and foundations
Technical support to project managers, structural engineers, and clients
Participation in design from early stages to final building documentation
Ensuring that structures meet applicable requirements, standards, and regulations
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
Documented experience as a structural engineer, building engineer, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of load-bearing structure dimensioning
Experience with structural calculations according to Eurocodes and Swedish application rules
Strong analytical ability and good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take technical responsibility
Good collaboration skills and experience working in project teams
It is an advantage if you have experience with multiple material areas, for example timber, steel, concrete, and foundations.
