Would you like to work in a key position and contribute to ensuring our operations run smoothly day-to-day? Apply for the position of Staffing Planner at SiS! This is a new role and part of SiS's new organization with a focus on a more equitable and efficient approach across the entire organization.
As a Staffing Planner, you will have overall responsibility for staffing planning across all departments of the institution. You will be responsible for operational planning, assigning work shifts, and coordinating the institution's staffing needs for both the short and long term. The role also includes responsibility for overall staffing planning during vacation periods and adapting schedules when needed for, for example, rehabilitation or temporary part-time work. In addition to operational staffing planning, you will also be responsible for administering and serving as the institution's expert in the Besched staffing system. The work involves working independently while maintaining multiple contact points and collaborations with staff members, unit managers, and close colleagues including HR generalists and administrators. You will have the opportunity to influence the authority's development work and approach to staffing and scheduling through a network of national expert functions and staffing planners at other institutions.
We are in a period of change and transition at SiS Youth Home Rebecka, which has resulted in higher workload—therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to be engaged, collaborative, and flexible in meeting the needs of our operations. We see that you are responsible and ensure that various types of work tasks within your responsibility are completed. You also have an easy time following through on various decisions made within your department and at the youth home.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in the role of Staffing Planner, we believe you are driven by the opportunity to work in an organization undergoing major change. You have a strong ability to work at a high pace while maintaining an overview of the bigger picture. You are attentive and organized, with a good ability to anticipate needs and plan your work accordingly. Since staffing needs can change rapidly, you must be flexible and able to independently restructure and reprioritize your work. Your many contact points also require strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation.
You should also have:
Relevant post-secondary education in administration or HR, or other education combined with work experience that SiS considers equivalent.
Good knowledge of and understanding of legislation and regulations regarding working time.
Experience working with staffing and scheduling.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
It is an advantage to have knowledge of personnel and staffing systems, such as Besched.

Employment
The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
This is a full-time position with office hours 08:00-16:30 (including 30-minute break).
