What does the job involve?
Working in Functional Support is both varied, fun and challenging. You provide support and motivation in daily life - always with respect, commitment and good service.
Work tasks may include: Personal care, Support with household chores, Participation in recreational activities, Motivation and guidance in everyday life.
You always work based on the user's individual needs, abilities and wishes - this requires you to be responsive, flexible and empathetic.
We are now seeking temporary staff for: Group residence (BmSS)
You work all hours of the day in a residence where users receive support and care in their apartment.
Personal assistance
You work in the user's own home with individually tailored support, around the clock.
Work hours are day, evening, weekend and night shifts.

We are looking for you if you:
Have a positive view of people, are responsible and professional, have the ability to work independently but also collaborate, are organized and solution-focused. It is advantageous if you have experience in disability services, educational work or care, as well as if you have training in nursing, social pedagogy, psychiatry or similar.
A driver's license is a plus - but not a requirement!
