About the Position
As a staffing coordinator, you hold a key role in our national staffing function. You work closely with our consultant managers around the country and are responsible for supporting them in placing consultants on both new and existing assignments.
Your focus is on coordinating and optimizing the staffing process, ensuring that the right skills are matched to the right assignments, and contributing to efficient resource planning combined with talent sourcing, where you proactively identify candidates and build networks to ensure future skill needs. The role involves a broad contact network and close collaboration with consultant managers, recruiters, and other internal functions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Support consultant managers with their staffing needs throughout the country
Match consultants' skills, experience, and availability against current assignments
Ensure high utilization rates and efficient resource utilization
Maintain ongoing dialogue with consultant managers regarding current and future skill needs
Work proactively with skills mapping and resource planning
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal staffing processes
Support recruitment processes as needed through activities such as candidate search, selection, phone screenings, and interviews
Proactively search for and identify candidates through various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, internal networks, and candidate databases
Build and maintain candidate networks for future skill needs
About You

Requirements for the Position
Completed upper secondary school diploma
Experience in administrative, coordinating, or service-oriented work
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple processes in parallel
Good communication skills and experience collaborating
Very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Good system proficiency and experience working with digital tools
Meritorious qualifications include experience from the staffing, consulting, or recruitment industry, as well as experience with skills matching, resource planning, or coordination. Post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, or similar field is also considered meritorious.
