Start Date: 11/10 2026 🛠️ What Does the Job Entail? As a gym staff member at Fitness24Seven, things move quickly. While you're fixing a broken treadmill, a member shows up with a question about the gym. You're quick on your feet and can easily provide top-notch service to the member, then get back to ensuring the treadmill works properly. In the role of gym staff member, your primary responsibilities are to: Ensure your gyms are accessible, functional, and fresh (moving between 2–3 gyms per day) Organize workout equipment and put weights back (free training!) Maintain machines (e.g., taking apart, cleaning, and lubricating) Handle simple machine and equipment repairs and follow up on our monthly safety reports Inventory and order consumables Arrange Open Houses where you're available for members Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with training Basic cleaning of training areas, locker rooms, and restrooms as needed (cleaning company available) 👤 Who We Think You Are As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace. If you love training and health, that's a big plus!
