Are you interested in working extra shifts in a cheerful team? Then you've come to the right place! Östagården HVB serves boys aged 15-20 with risk/substance abuse, addiction, social difficulties, and early signs of criminal behavior. We work based on CBT with elements of the 12-step program. We are located outside Tärnsjö in a wonderful work environment, within walking distance to a lake, football field, mini golf, etc. We are looking for staff with education/experience who want to work extra shifts. We offer day shifts, 24-hour shifts, and weekend shifts. We have a good, stable permanent staff team with the same goal: to offer each individual quality treatment in a safe environment. With us, relationship-building starts on day one. We work according to our values Respect, Care, Structure - R.O.S. You will receive thorough orientation where we go through our structure, routines, and frameworks as well as each individual's challenges and circumstances. We are fortunate to have our own cook who prepares food from scratch, and we have pedagogical meals, which means that staff on duty eat together with our young people. You will participate in everyday tasks such as daily and weekly planning, lead or participate in groups, and have individual conversations with the young people and support them according to their needs. Everything we do is documented in our journal system. Recruitment will be ongoing. NOTE! You must have a valid B-category driver's license.
