Treatment Specialist

We are now seeking a treatment specialist to join our team! Our target group is boys aged 15-20 with substance abuse issues. We are located outside Tärnsjö, in a rural setting with a wonderful environment within walking distance of swimming, fishing, a football field, mini golf, etc. We are fortunate to have our own House Manager and we offer educational meals. We are looking for staff with 2 years of post-secondary education in healthcare and social services to join a stable team with the same focus and goals: to provide each individual with safe and quality care and treatment. Relationship building starts on day one with us! You will receive thorough introductory training. The position includes daily and weekly planning, leading groups, staying updated on the youth's FAS tasks and materials, conducting contact person meetings based on each youth's needs and focus areas. Everything we do is documented in our journal system. You need to be able to read and write, as well as speak fluent Swedish. As a person, you are calm and reliable with education in social work and enjoy building relationships. If you are personally active in various sports/activities, that is a plus. Of course, you must have a valid driver's license! We will request excerpts from the suspicion and burden registers before you can begin working with us.
