About the Position

In your role as a foundry worker or machining assembler at IAC, you will work with the manufacturing and post-processing of aluminum components. Work tasks vary depending on department but include monitoring of casting processes or machining equipment, minor adjustments, material handling, and quality inspection of parts.
You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality through careful inspections, measurements, and documentation of any deviations. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to safe and efficient production and actively participate in improvement work to develop processes and work methods.
About You
We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and enjoys practical work in the industrial sector. You have a technical interest and work methodically with a strong focus on safety, while being accustomed to following established procedures and instructions in production.
You are a person who takes responsibility for your work, has an eye for quality, and understands the importance of delivering the right result from the start. Since the work takes place in a team, we see that you have good collaboration skills, while being able to work independently and take own initiatives when needed.
Experience from industry, foundry, machining, or similar work is a merit, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop. You are engaged, contribute to a positive work environment, and want to help create a safe, stable, and efficient production.
Formal Qualifications
Driver's License Category B & access to a car
Good Swedish language skills
Experience working in industry, production, or similar practical work
Merits
Experience in foundry work, machining, or working with metal
Forklift certification
Familiarity with reading blueprints and using measuring instruments
