Are You the One We're Looking For?
We are looking for someone with experience working with acting-out children and children with NPF. You have a qualification as a special educator or equivalent education and a good understanding of children's different needs and conditions. You are confident, attentive, and clear in your approach and have experience creating structure, safety, and functioning strategies even in challenging situations.
In this role, you need to be able to meet children with a calm, low-key, and respectful approach, even in situations that can be demanding. You need the ability to prevent and manage conflicts, understand what may be behind a behavior, and adapt your approach and educational strategies based on the individual child's needs.
As a person, you are stable, patient, and attentive. You have an easy time staying calm in stressful situations and can be clear without becoming confrontational. You look beyond the behavior and have a genuine interest in understanding and helping the child develop according to their own conditions.
We place great importance on personal suitability and previous experience with this target group.
The position is a fixed-term employment starting as soon as possible and through summer 2027. The position is full-time with working hours currently between 07:00-16:00.
Your Qualifications
Good communication skills
Very good proficiency in Swedish, both written and oral
Experience and interest in digital tools and systems
Ability to collaborate and a mindset of sharing knowledge and experience for collegial learning
About Us
Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters is located in Sollentuna, with operations in large parts of Sweden.
Dibber in Sweden is part of the Norwegian independent school company Dibber, which was founded and is owned by two dedicated educators, Randi and Hans Jacob Sundby. The first preschool was opened in 2003 in the small town where Randi grew up. Today, Dibber operates more than 600 preschools in nine countries around the world.
