At Unike Förskolor, we operate a total of 10 preschools. Five in Nacka, four in Tyresö, and one in Vimmerby. We are now recruiting hourly substitute staff for our preschools in Saltsjöbaden, Nacka. We build our operations on values that are important to us: safety, joy, participation, and diversity. We believe in creating democratic meeting places where children, guardians, and educators come together around meaningful contexts in relation to the world around us. We believe in supporting children's curiosity and coming together around shared concerns. The preschools Pilen and Fyren are located in separate facilities with large adjoining yards in Saltsjöbaden, Nacka. The preschools are Reggio Emilia-inspired, and children will have rich opportunities to explore, reflect on, and describe their surroundings. Duties As a childcare worker with us, you will work with children aged 1–5 years. You will provide coverage during absences, such as sick leave, parental leave, or leave of absence. You will actively participate in pedagogical activities, be involved in daily work with the children, and collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and developmental learning environment. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Holds a childcare worker qualification. Has experience working with children in preschool. Is genuinely interested in children and their development. Is flexible, responsible, and has strong collaboration skills. Demonstrates professional conduct and excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form. Desirable: Experience working with Reggio Emilia philosophy. Knowledge of TAKK (sign language as an alternative and supplementary communication method). Other Information A certificate from the criminal record registry is required to work in preschool. This can be obtained through the Police. Application We welcome your application!
