Responsibilities
As a childcare worker, you are a trusted and important adult who participates in both opening and closing routines. You conduct planned lessons and conversations with guardians. You contribute to ensuring that all children and guardians receive safe, positive, and professional treatment. The preschool is open between 06:00 and 18:00, which means working hours vary within this timeframe.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified childcare worker with at least 2 years of experience, and experience working with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities.
You have a genuine interest in children's development and learning and view children as competent individuals. You have an open and positive approach that creates conditions for safety and trust in interactions with children, guardians, and colleagues.
You see pedagogical documentation as a natural part of the work and have experience conducting development conversations.
You have a special education interest and have worked successfully with children with special needs. Visual support methods such as TAKK and picture support are a natural part of your teaching, and it is also natural for you to work with a low-affect approach where structure and preparation create a safe daily routine.
You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
