The Role
As a childcare worker, you will, among other things:
Be a safe and present adult in the children's everyday life.
Actively participate in educational activities and planned activities.
Support children's development, learning, and social interaction.
Create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in daily work in the department and in the preschool's communal activities.
Collaborate with the team to develop the activities based on children's needs and interests.
What You Need to Bring
Childcare worker training or equivalent education
Experience working in preschool is a merit.
You have strong commitment to children's development and learning. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility, and work well with others.
