Areas of Responsibility As a childcare provider at Mulltorp Preschool, you will play a central role in our children's development and learning. Your main areas of responsibility include: Plan and implement educational activities that promote children's curiosity and creativity. Create safety and community in the child group by building relationships with the children and their families. Support children's social and emotional development by being an empathetic and responsive adult. Work as part of a team with your colleagues to ensure high quality in our operations, where each child's needs and circumstances are taken into account. Document and follow up on children's development and participate in development conversations with parents. Actively participate in the preschool's joint working groups and contribute to a pleasant and inspiring work environment. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare provider. Experience working in preschool is a merit. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Before employment, an extract from the criminal record register must be presented. The preschool is located in the municipality's outlying area; personal transportation to the preschool is required.
