Job responsibilities
As a childcare assistant, you are a trusted and important adult and participate in both openings and closings, you implement planned instruction and have conversations with guardians. You contribute to ensuring that all children and guardians receive safe, positive and professional treatment. The preschool is open between 06.00 and 18.00, which means working hours vary within this timeframe.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified childcare assistant with at least 2 years of experience, and experience working with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities.
You have a genuine interest in children's development and learning and see children as competent individuals. You have an open and positive approach that creates conditions for building trust and confidence in your interactions with children, guardians and colleagues.
You view pedagogical documentation as a natural part of the work and you have experience conducting developmental conversations.
You have a special education interest and have worked successfully with children with special needs. Clear pedagogy such as TAKK and visual supports are a natural part of instruction, and it is also natural for you to work with a low-affect approach, where structure and preparation create a secure daily routine.
You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
