Participate actively in pedagogical activities and planned activities. Support children's development, learning, and social interaction. Create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Contribute to a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning environment. Participate in daily work in the department and in the preschool's joint activities. Collaborate with the team to develop activities based on children's needs and interests. What You Need to Bring Requirements Childcare provider certification or equivalent education Experience working in a preschool You have strong commitment to children's development and learning. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility, and work well with others. We would like to see that you are: Positive, engaged, and solution-oriented. Confident and clear when interacting with children. Responsive to children's needs, thoughts, and ideas. Responsible and flexible. Someone who contributes to a good work environment. For this role, the starting salary is normally between 24000-29000 kr depending on experience and competence. For permanent positions, probation may be applied.
