Job Responsibilities
As part of the team with colleagues, you conduct teaching and create welcoming and challenging learning environments that meet each child in their curiosity and desire to explore! You also actively participate in project work, documentation, and reflection. Our approach is characterized by curiosity, creativity, and exploration. We see children as important, competent citizens and their thoughts are given space. We work from a project-based approach where children's hypotheses, curiosity, and needs drive us forward.
As a childcare worker with us, you are part of the team, are engaged, and help create the best possible conditions for each child's learning and development. You have a democratic approach, everyone is important and we learn together – both children and educators. The relationship and interaction with guardians are incredibly important, diversity is an asset, and you always have the children's best interests in focus.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a childcare worker and have experience working in a preschool. You have experience being involved in planning, implementing, and reflection work regarding the preschool's mission and teaching. You have experience with, and are above all curious about, systematic quality work. You have experience working with children with special support needs, for example with NPF diagnoses.
As a person, we also think that you are curious in your interactions with others – both colleagues, children, and guardians. You have the ability to create good relationships with everyone you meet and contribute with work joy. You see differences as a success factor, are curious about others' thoughts, and have an intercultural approach.
To work with us, it is a prerequisite that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
