We are a small preschool unit located at Tegelviksgatan 51 in the heart of Södermalm, directly across from Sjöstaden! The preschool has space for 22 children and 4+1 educators. We have two age-divided groups; younger and older, and we are now looking for an additional childcare worker who wants to work with us and the younger children aged 1-2 years. We are looking for you—cheerful, energetic childcare workers with high work ethic who love children! You should be flexible in your work, responsible, have good pedagogical skills, and work well with colleagues and parents. Childcare worker training is a merit, but great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and previous experience working in a preschool. You should be able to plan, carry out, and evaluate activities in accordance with the goals in the Curriculum for Preschools and the principal's stated objectives for the operation. You must be well versed in and work according to the Curriculum for Preschools. You must have the ability to see a clear and distinct child perspective, maintain good and close contact with colleagues and guardians, and have the ability to plan, follow up, and document work within the child group. We document both for quality assurance of our operations, as well as through children's digital portfolios and regular documentation on our intranet and preschool app. You participate in all our activities as well as team meetings, parent meetings, and parent conferences. You will also handle pedagogical documentation, etc. We are therefore looking for someone with previous experience working in a preschool who speaks Swedish correctly. The position is part-time (75%) and starts in September 2026, or by mutual agreement.
