About the Operation
Bäckaryds Preschool is a preschool with approximately 52 children distributed across 3 departments. Gråsparven 1-3 years, Bofinken 3-5 years, and Joutsen, which is our Finnish-language department 1-5 years. We have access to a plaza, water atelier, and atelier. Two outdoor courtyards that offer play and movement in various inspiring environments.
The preschool has its own chef who prepares all meals from scratch. The preschool has beautiful and functional facilities and is located in a nearby area with many fine green spaces, proximity to several schools, a hospital, grocery store, plaza, playgrounds, newly built activity park with urban gardening, library, and a 4H farm, as well as good bus connections to the city library, cultural center, and downtown.

Job Duties
We are now seeking a childcare provider for Joutsen, which is our Finnish-language department for children ages 1-5 years. The department currently has 15 children.
Together with your colleagues, a preschool teacher and an additional childcare provider, you are responsible for implementing planned instruction. You conduct activities as a present educator who challenges and stimulates children's curiosity, development, and desire to learn. You actively work to create stimulating and developmental pedagogical learning environments where children are at the center.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a childcare provider diploma. It is not a requirement that you be able to write in Finnish, but you need to be able to speak Finnish fluently.
In your work as a childcare provider, you see opportunities instead of obstacles, you are positive and have a professional approach to children, guardians, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You are good at collaborating, flexible, and innovative.
The position is filled on the condition that necessary decisions are made.
