Childcare Worker

We are now seeking an engaged childcare worker to join our team at Föräldrakooperativet Lyckan. At Lyckan there are two departments with children ages 1–6 years. In your role as a childcare worker, you will be involved in the children's daily activities, including play, learning, and social situations. You will be part of the work team and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and developmentally enriching environment. We are looking for someone who: • Is attentive, responsible, and has a genuine interest in children's development • Has the ability to create structure and security • Has good collaboration skills Meritorious qualifications: • Education as a childcare worker and/or previous experience in preschool Scope and start date: Full-time position but can also be adapted to part-time depending on circumstances. Initially, the employment is a temporary contract covering a colleague who is on parental leave for at least one year.
