We are seeking a childcare teacher with Montessori expertise for Bellmanskällan's Montessori Preschool, Mälarhöjden. Bellmanskällan's Montessori Preschool is a parent cooperative since 1987, where parents on the board have primary responsibility. The preschool follows Montessori pedagogy. The principal holds pedagogical responsibility and leads the work at the preschool. We have trained Montessori educators with extensive experience working with the child at the center. The environments in the classrooms are attractive and stimulating with Montessori materials. The days are well structured and children experience a balanced day with outdoor time, indoor work, and rest. Children work with various materials throughout the day based on their interests. Educators teach children both in groups and individually. We place great emphasis on creating good camaraderie in the group and helping children become independent. We work according to Montessori's principle "Help me to do it myself." Everyone at the preschool has time to actively work with quality assurance so that the educational level is continuously developed. We have a well-functioning natural collaboration with guardians. Qualifications You are an action-oriented childcare teacher You have experience with Montessori or are Montessori trained You have a child-focused approach You make children's learning processes visible to children, parents, and colleagues You are responsible and organized You have clear practical ability to implement the curriculum's goals and values You have good computer skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing You plan, analyze, and develop education and instruction You have good collaboration skills with both colleagues and guardians You are responsive and constructive in conflicts Other Information Interviews will be held on a rolling basis.
