JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a childcare educator, you work under the leadership of preschool teachers and help lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Together with colleagues, you develop the pedagogical activities and teaching, and ensure that children develop according to their own needs and abilities. You strive to create secure relationships with both children and guardians.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a trained childcare educator with experience working as a childcare educator in preschool with a focus on the children and confidence in their abilities and competence. You work to create a safe and stimulating environment that attracts and challenges children to play and learn and have an interest in outdoor activities. We are looking for someone who is positive, confident, and stable, can take own initiative, and is fluent in Swedish in speech and writing. We would like to see that you have a strong interest in a language-developing approach to work.
