Your Work Tasks As a childcare assistant, you support the preschool teacher in planning, implementing, and following up on activities, as well as being responsible for the daily care of the children. The role involves promoting children's social and emotional development, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, documenting learning processes, and collaborating with guardians, colleagues, and other stakeholders. The work also contributes to structure, quality, and a good work environment in the organization. Assignments vary in length and scope.
