Viklinik Vårdcentral is now seeking an engaged and driven Pediatric Nurse / District Nurse to work part-time and grow with us and our BVC clinic. Then we are probably the workplace for you :-) We have been operating our health center in central Lund for almost 5 years and our BVC for just over 1 year. Currently we have approximately 50 employees, including 7 nurses / district nurses, and 1 BVC nurse. We care for approximately 10,500 residents of Lund at the health center and approximately 150 children ages 0-6 years at BVC. We are growing steadily at both BVC and the health center with new patients choosing to register with us every month. The health center has been ranked highest in Lund and among the very highest in Skåne in SKR's National Patient Survey - 4 years in a row! We are looking for someone who is a Pediatric Nurse or District Nurse and who wishes to work part-time. We currently need help a few days a month and work during school breaks, Christmas, and summer. Working hours and employment are very flexible, but we want to continue offering good accessibility to our patients and we have many newborn children at our BVC. The health center is a gathering place for well-being and sharing of knowledge and motivation. People from Lund come here not only for help when they are sick and for medication, but for the whole picture — activity and community. With long-term thinking and preventive measures, we offer healthier care for our patients and employees, increase participation in care, and reduce the need for care in the long term. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English as we have many families who do not have Swedish as their first language. Previous experience from BVC work is a requirement.
