Barbers / Hairstylists Needed – personality, quality and development are what matter most Gottsunda Barberashop is looking for 2–3 new team members! Are you a barber or hairstylist who loves your craft? Do you have a passion for giving customers a truly great experience and want to continue developing? Then we'd love to meet you! We're looking for 2–3 barbers/hairstylists for our salon. We welcome both experienced professionals who can work independently and those just starting their career who want to develop further. Who are we looking for? For us, personality and attitude are at least as important as experience. We're looking for someone who: loves working as a barber or hairstylist cares about quality and details enjoyed providing great service and making customers feel welcome is positive, friendly and professional takes responsibility for your work and your workplace wants to learn new things and develop in your craft can take feedback and wants to improve enjoyed working together with others understands that a satisfied customer is just as important as a great haircut is thorough and proud of the work you deliver You don't need to be the most experienced person. If you have the right attitude, like the craft and truly want to develop, we'd love to meet you. Your responsibilities As a barber/hairstylist with us, you will among other things: perform men's haircuts and barbering services provide customers with professional advice create a great customer experience from start to finish work carefully with quality and attention to detail keep your workplace clean and professional contribute to a positive atmosphere in the salon follow the salon's routines and methods What we offer With us you'll have the opportunity to work in a professional barbershop where we value both quality, service and development.
