Bar & Restaurant Manager at Såjja – Gamla Väster, Malmö We are looking for a driven and responsible person for our restaurant who wants to take a key role in the business. About the role: You are responsible for the bar and overall restaurant operations during service. You are a natural leader in daily operations and ensure that service, quality, and atmosphere always maintain a high standard. Responsibilities: Create and develop drink menus Work actively behind the bar Have overall responsibility during service Greet and seat guests Assist with service as needed Ensure that service and operations run smoothly We are looking for someone who: Is confident in a leadership role Has an eye for service and detail Has at least 5 years of experience in bar and restaurant Is solution-oriented and stress-resilient Enjoys responsibility and making independent decisions Speaks fluent Swedish Practical information: Working hours: evenings and weekends Salary: by agreement This is a key role for someone who wants to help drive a restaurant forward and create a fantastic experience for our guests.
