We are looking for a reliable and pleasant colleague for the position of Banquet Server to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serving guests at banquets, receptions, conferences, and social events
- Table preparation and setting
- Preparation of spaces and technical equipment
- Ongoing cleaning and space preparation during events
- Clearing inventory after event completion
- Collaboration with event coordinator
We are looking for someone who:
- Has vocational training in the field, experience in gastronomy or hospitality operations, experience in gastronomy is an advantage but not a requirement
- Has good organizational and communication skills, active interest in guest satisfaction, pleasant appearance and demeanor
- Is reliable, careful, responsible, and time-flexible
- Is independent and able to work as part of a team
- Is willing to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays
- Communicates in English, Russian (or German)
- Has a positive attitude and enthusiasm for work
We Offer:

- Work with unevenly distributed working hours
- Entry-level gross basic salary 28,000 Kč per month. You are entitled to all statutory allowances. After the training period, you will receive personal compensation up to 3,000 Kč per month. We also provide incentive bonuses, extraordinary bonuses, and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the training period you can earn up to around 36,000 Kč net. Every year we increase salaries in accordance with the collective agreement
- After the probationary period, you are additionally entitled to benefits: contribution to retirement savings (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč per month), meals in the hotel staff canteen currently at 10 Kč per dish, accommodation options and spa procedures at discounted employee prices in the hotel limited to 12,000 Kč per year, free access to Saunia Thermal Resort with thermal water pool limited to 10,000 Kč per year, exchange recreational stays at discounted employee prices (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), educational program (foreign languages, professional development, knowledge expansion, work support), discounted admission to selected cultural, social and sports events; parking in hotel garages at discounted prices
